Calibration of the thermometer probes:
There are three different ways for calibration:
1) put all probes in a solution (or enviroment) of known temperature, e.g. 0oC for water with melting ice.
2) put all probes in an enviroment (e.g. in air) of unknown temperature for at least 5 minutes to align their readings.
3) calibrate a particular thermometer probe by putting it in a solution (or enviroment) of known temperature.
Select Calibrate in the lower right menu to start the required type of calibration.
